Summer is fast approaching, so here is to create a top ten list for fitness and healthy this summer yet!
1. Aims at. This can be a 5k run or a stone to lose. Then break the goal into smaller pieces, like a weekly training plan, and a weekly weight loss goal. Write down your goals and objectives, and they are somewhere you’ll see that every day is a reminder to continue.
2. Share your goals with family and friends, you could even go one step further the goal of a post on Facebook. This makes you liable for your actions and you are more likely to not give up.
3. Join a club or gym class. There are plenty of free and community-based fitness classes or clubs in the city, where like-minded people you are hanging out and getting fit. If you mix with people trying to reach the same goal, followed immediately by a new network support and make new friends and potential business partners.
4. Plan your meals. Do not you go on vacation, where you’ll stay out of work, how it would go to your destination, and what currency you should take. Good nutrition planning is no different. Plan what you will eat breakfast, lunch and tea, then you need to work with certain foods, and bag them all and take it with you. We love snacking on nuts that are easy to keep the food bag in the top drawer of the table to use. This will help you to stay away from the vending machines when it gets a sudden craving for food.
5. Drink water, then another, then another! Your body is 70% water, so if your body does not function properly, and then start feeling lethargic and run down dry. Take a 1-liter bottle of water to work with you and sip continuously throughout the day.
6. A breath of fresh air. How many people suffer from fifteen energy crisis? During lunch breaks outside for 20 minutes, that the fresh air and oxygen. 9. Take some time to relax. The fast-paced life, there is little time to really relax and chill out and watch the soaps, it does not matter! Join a yoga or pilates in the group, lie on the bed and the little music, or read a book. Willing to do something, and it’s just about you.
10. Get enough sleep. Sleep is one of the most important aspects of a healthy body without the body can not function properly, and you start to feel run down. Do not go to bed after watching TV, try to leave 30 minutes before the TV and go to bed, even if your brain for processing the images and information we have just seen. Make sure that your bedroom is dark and not too hot, so your body fully relax.
