Health is wealth. Physically fit, a person can lean air inside and outside.

It also makes a person feel happier and increases self-esteem to avoid falling into a depression or anxiety. • Another way to stay healthy is to give some vices. Most people smoke and drink. Smoking is proven to cause lung cancer and other diseases as well complications for women giving birth. Excessive alcohol consumption has also been shown to do the same.
• For those who do not smoke, it is best to stay away from people who do since studies have shown that smokers are also at risk of developing cancer due to inhalation of secondhand smoke.
Lastly, it is best to always start the day with a positive outlook. Just as studies have shown that exercise a person feel happier, smiling produces the same effect. A smile can do many things and it is contagious in a positive direction. It illuminates the day not one, but also others.
